Nasal Pillows (2 pair)

Nasal attachment for headgear and tubing that directs airflow directly into your nose.

Rubber or foam piece that helps seal the mask. Even with normal use these items stretch,
crack and wear away, causing leaks which diminish the effectiveness of your therapy.

Cushion & Seal

– Foam, gel or silicone cushion responsible for sealing your mask to your nose or face.

Tightening and compression from normal use erodes the seal and diminishes the effectiveness of your therapy. Effective pressure seals are essential to your therapeutic success.

Tubing

Hose that transfers airflow from your CPAP machine to your mask.

CPAP tubes are designed to be pliable for greater freedom while you sleep. Unfortunately, this also makes them more likely to tear and leak. They are also a common source for bacterial buildup.

Disposable Filters (x6)

One-time-use item used to remove bacteria and other harmful particles from your machine’s airflow system.

Just like the air filter in your home, these items need to be replaced regularly. Failure to do so will cause your CPAP machine to work harder, shortening its life span significantly. Also, like your tubing, filters are a common source for bacterial buildup.

Nasal or full-face frame which the majority of your other supplies attach themselves to.

Just like your cushion and seal, normal use weakens the pressure seal which causes ineffective air flow and diminishing returns on your therapy.

Water Chamber

Device used to store warm water which is then added to the airflow system in order to prevent the drying out and damaging of your nasal cavities and throat.

The warm, standing water in CPAP Water Chambers make them a potential source for extreme bacterial buildup. Even with regular cleaning, the buildup eventually reaches the point where the steam it produces is no longer considered safe to breathe.

Chin Strap

Strap that goes across your chin and is required by some CPAP masks in order to maintain a tight seal.
